Who am I and what have I done?
I am a personal productivity specialist, presenter and author of Your Digital Life and Working With Todoist: The Book
Why I do what I do.
I help people to communicate better
I coach individuals, teams and businesses how to communicate and get their message across to the people that matter using words, design and techniques that work.
I help People To Get Important Things Done
I also work with busy people to help them be better organised and get more important things done.
Helping people to be better organised is a real passion for me. Ever since I was in school, I have been obsessed with being organised and knowing what needs to be done, by when and how. This obsession meant I read a lot, tried a lot of systems and avoided a lot of missed deadlines and stress.
"Organisation is really about freedom, not about constraint" David Allen
In my working life, I work as a communications consultant working with incredible people to help them communicate their ideas, products and passions to the rest of the world. I also help people be better organised and more time efficient.
Some of the things I have done include:
working with KIA's Global Marketing Team to prepare for their International Marketing Conference in Barcelona.
Trained tax inspectors to present difficult transfer pricing tax policies with the OECD.
Worked with various CEOs, helping them prepare for international meetings and presentations.
Trained talented university graduates to prepare for interviews with global organisations such as the UN, UNESCO and WHO.
Developed and implemented BCM Language Institute's revolutionary business English Programme, First Class Business.
Designed and written many courses for Korean business professionals

I love training and mentoring people and I am lucky to have been able to do this in South Korea, a vibrant, exciting country full of talented people, with some of the world's best companies.
I have a Bachelors Honours Degree in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. I am an advisor to the Sunfull Movement, an organisation dedicated to eradicating online bullying. I am also a contributor to the 1013 Main Street Radio show for TBS eFM in Korea mentoring university students on getting a job. And I run my own YouTube channel focused on using technology to help people be better organised and use their time more efficiently.
I'm a dedicated fan of the Leeds Rhinos Rugby League team and I enjoy motor racing, F1 and WRC, as well as being a keen runner, taking part in marathons around Korea and the rest of the world. I love travelling and hiking in the Korean mountains with my wife and pet dog, Barney, listening to Trance music and going to EDM festivals.
