Professionally, I help individuals worldwide to master time management and boost productivity through personalised one-on-one coaching and dynamic group sessions.

I am passionate about nurturing and guiding individuals on their journeys; I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have embarked on this fulfilling career in none other than South Korea—an electrifying and captivating country that brims with exceptional talent and is home to some of the world's most prestigious companies.

My academic journey began with a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Law from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK, a solid foundation that has allowed me to pursue various roles. Beyond academia, I proudly serve as an advisor to the Sunfull Movement, an organisation dedicated to stamping out online bullying, a cause that resonates deeply with me.

My passion for mentorship extends to the airwaves as well. You'll occasionally find me lending my coaching insights and help on the 1013 Main Street Radio show for TBS eFM in Korea, where I help guide university students on the path to securing their dream jobs. It's a privilege to be part of their journey toward success.

When I'm not immersed in the world of mentorship, training and coaching, you can catch me cheering on the Leeds Rhinos Rugby League team.

I enjoy motor racing, especially Formula 1 and the World Rally Championship (WRC). When I'm not racing through life's challenges, you'll find me hitting the pavement as a dedicated runner, participating in marathons not only across Korea but also in far-flung corners of the globe.

My love for adventure extends to the great outdoors as well, exploring the Korean mountains with my wife and faithful canine companion, Louis. I also enjoy the beats of Trance music, and occasionally, we enjoy going to the many exhilarating EDM festivals we have in Korea.

Some of my achievements:

  • Working with KIA's Global Marketing Team to prepare for their International Marketing Conference in Barcelona.

  • Trained tax inspectors to present difficult transfer pricing tax policies with the OECD. 

  • Worked with various CEOs, helping them prepare for international meetings and presentations. 

  • Trained talented university graduates to prepare for interviews with global organisations such as the UN, UNESCO and WHO. 

  • Developed and implemented BCM Language Institute's revolutionary business English Programme, First Class Business.  

  • Designed and wrote many courses for Korean business professionals 

  • Written the book "Story Presentation" published in Korea in 2011.

  • Written the book "Your Digital Life" published around the world in 2015

  • Written the book "Working With Todoist" published January 2017

  • Visiting Professor of Business Creativity at Kyung Hee University, Seoul from March 2017

  • Written the book "Your Digital Life 2.0" published December 2017

  • Developed the COD™ time management and productivity system

  • Created and developed the Time Sector System™ time management programme

  • Written and produced numerous online training courses

  • Coached hundreds of people to become better organised and more productive.
