Say “Hello” to a Kinder, Calmer Productivity Method.
The Quiet Productivity Method.
If only there were a way to calm the constant cascade of messages, tasks, meetings and ideas. To feel that no matter what comes in, you have systems in place to handle it calmly and proactively, prioritising what matters and delegating what others can do better and faster.
Something that is becoming increasingly difficult today.
For years, I’ve said that it doesn’t matter how many tasks you have on your list if you don’t have the time to do them. But lately, I’ve noticed that with the race to add more and more AI tools, we’ve become obsessed with speed and "hustle" again, and it’s destroying our ability to do meaningful work.
As a consequence, I’ve spent the last few months updating the Time-Based Productivity Training Course to make it a calmer, quieter programme that leaves you less exhausted, stressed, and overwhelmed.
And I’m renaming it The Quiet Productivity Method.
This isn't about working faster or adopting the latest tools with the most features. It’s about working better, moving away from the anxiety of a never-ending to-do list, and toward a calmer, quieter, time-based system that actually works in the real world.
Focus on the Time, Not the Task
Traditional productivity systems are broken. They force you to react to everything that comes in, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and out of control. Not a good place to be if that’s happening to you every day. It’s unsustainable.
The Quiet Productivity Method changes that. It stops you from worrying about how many tasks you have and helps you focus on how to allocate your time.
It doesn’t matter if you have 150 Slack messages to go through if you’ve only got 30 minutes to do it. You go through as many as you can, knowing that you have more time set aside later, and as long as you respect your time, your backlog, if any, will always be minimal.
What we cover in this training:
The Foundation of Time-Based Productivity: How to stop the so-called "task-paralysis" (where long lists of things to do freeze your decision-making abilities) and start making deliberate choices about where your hours go and what you will work on today.
Your "Perfect Week" Calendar: We will build a schedule that allows you to breathe, one that prioritises your core work (the work you are employed to do) while leaving enough flexibility for the unexpected.
The 45-Minute Weekly Planning Session: I’ll teach you how to plan your week effectively so you never start a Monday wondering what to do next, and all done within 45 minutes.
The Time Sector System: I will also train you in my proven method for organising your work so you know when to do it, removing friction and noise from your digital life.
Intentional Focus: You’ll learn how to identify what truly matters to you and your career, and how to protect space from the constant "urgency" of others.
And most important of all… How to properly switch off at the end of the day so you can relax, spend time with your loved ones and enjoy your hobbies again (remember those?)
You Don't Have to Do This Alone
I know that changing the way you work can be hard. That’s why I’m not just giving you a set of videos and worksheets and leaving you to it. Now, when you join this training programme, you’re joining a community of people:
An Exclusive Community: A private space for students of this method to share what’s working, and what’s not, and keep each other accountable.
Monthly Q&A Sessions with Me: Every month, we’ll get together live for a themed event. You can ask me anything about your specific setup, iron out any problems you are facing, and make sure your system is working for you.
The Full Toolkit: You’ll also get free access to my Areas of Focus and Time Sector System courses to ensure your system is complete.
Stop Racing. Start Producing.
If you’re tired of the endless reorganising and the feeling that you’re always behind, it’s time for a different approach. Join me in The Quiet Productivity Method, and let’s build a system that is sustainable, calm, and effective.
